Dragino Lora/GPS Expansion for Arduino 868 MHz
You can send data and reach extremely long ranges at low data-rates with this long range transceiver based on Semtech SX1276/SX1278 chip.
From irrigation systems, smart metering or smart cities, to smartphone detection and building automation, and many more, this Arduino shield is suitable for any wireless sensor network applications. It combines high interference immunity and a sensitivity of over –148dBm with very low current consumption.
Ultra-long range spread spectrum communication
Based on open source library, the Lora Shield uses Hope RF’s patented LoRa modulation technique. This solves the traditional design compromise between range, interference immunity and energy consumption.
High performance (G)FSK modes are supported for systems including WMBus, IEEE802.15.4g.
