Es bietet eine umfangreiche Bauteildatenbank, die weltweit durch SPICE-Modelle unterstützt wird. Mit LTspice kann man schnell und einfach Schaltpläne erstellen. Dank der leistungsfähigen grafischen Ausgabefunktionen lassen sich Spannungen und Ströme in einer Schaltung, die Leistungsaufnahme der Bauteile und viele weitere Parameter darstellen. Ziel dieses Buches ist es, den Entwurf und die Simulation elektronischer Schaltungen mit LTspice zu vermitteln.
